If you have lost the record of an advanced disk lock because of some reasons, and you cannot unlock the disk, please do with the following steps.
Start Best Disk Lock, click the Lock Disk button, right-click on the list, choose "Unlock all disks with Advanced-lock", and then the advaned-lock will be removed successfully after you restart your computer.
